Years ago I threw this Kid Party for Adults when a good friend was celebrating an adult birthday party, I believe it was her 25th birthday. But the year doesn't matter...this party would be fun for any age. 

You wouldn’t imagine how much fun all those adults had wearing little party hats and playing musical chairs!

We made this a surprise party, which made it even more fun for the birthday girl. Enjoy these easy party ideas and games!

 






Party Food Ideas

  • Kid’s style birthday cake – make it something fun and generic – the more colorful the better.
  • If serving a meal, offer hot dogs or some other popular kid party food favorite



    • Party Invitations

  • The easiest thing to do for party invitations is to pick out some premade invitations for a kid’s party. The more colorful and youthful the better.



    • Kids Party For Adults - Easy Decorations

  • Primary colors – LOTS of streamers and balloons
  • Use sand pails as wine buckets
  • Use sand pails and toy dump trucks to hold chips


    • Party Food

  • Kid’s style birthday cake – make it something fun and generic – the more colorful the better.
  • If serving a meal, offer hot dogs or some other popular kid party food favorite


    • Party Music

  • At the beginning of the party, and during the kid’s game activities play a child’s music CD. Make sure it has lots of great songs on it like Old McDonald Had a Farm, that sort of thing.
  • But later bet you'll want to switch to regular party music...:-)
