Dibble

Get a bottle cap (preferably a water bottle cap) and have someone throw it in the water while the other people look away. When the person throws it, the people can turn around. They look for the bottle cap all around the pool and when someone finds it they yell DIBBLE! Then they jump in or dive - whatever you prefer - and if they lost it they have to find it and get out of the pool right away. When someone gets it, they get to throw it into the pool and keep the game going.

If you want to play this with younger kids, you could instead use a floating toy or dive toy.
