Hat Party

A fun idea for a craft party or slumber party idea is to have a hat party. At the party you'll make your own party hats. You can buy cheap ones at the dollar store to decorate with foam stickers, tulle, and fake flowers. Or hats can be made out of paper plates. For these you'll need scissors, tape, ribbon, markers, etc. so they can create a masterpiece. Then vote on the funniest, prettiest, etc.
