This year I'll be hosting the family for a Christmas even celebration. Everyone is getting ready to do some sort of "performance". We read the Christmas story and sing Christmas carols. Then, each person has an opportunity to have the spotlight. They might sing a song, play a song on the guitar or piano, or perhaps recite a Christmas poem. Some years we have played a Christmas trivia game as well. I know some families visit their church or watch a holiday movie. Will you be hosting a holiday party this year? Lots of good food on the buffet, friends, music...her house packed every year. Hummm...maybe I should carry on the tradition? It's never too early to start planning New Years Eve!
