Monogram Cake

For my husband's birthday, I wanted to make him a cake with his initial on it "R". We had a monogram cake for our wedding, so I thought this would be fun. Obviously I didn't do as good a job as the baker at our wedding with decorating it, but he loved it all the same. And it tasted good too!

I used white chocolate chips to make the R, and peanut butter chips and chocolate chips around the pan.
