How about a soccer party?

Go to a soccer field (if it is bad weather you can rent a gym or an indoor soccer field) and have all your friends come.

Print up game day t-shirts to celebrate your party, and have them made in two different colors. Pass these out as everyone comes, and the color of the shirt will determine which team they are on.

Then, let everyone play - kids can sit down and rest when they want. Just make it fun!!

At the end serve a soccer cake. The t-shirts make a great party favor and something that can be worn long after the party is over.
