Diet Party Foods

Diet party foods? Is there such a thing?

Are you trying to watch what you eat during a party?

No reason for your eating plan or diet to come to a screeching halt! You've come to the right place to find party tips.

Follow these easy rules "that mother always told us" regarding to diet tips and you'll be just fine.

  • Eat before you go to the party - if you are already full, you'll be better able to avoid temptation!

  • At the party, fill up on the "good" stuff on table.

  • Only make one trip to the food table.

  • It's OK to say no or just take a small bite.

  • If it is potluck, or if you are bringing something to set out on the table, bring something that is on your "good food" list. That way you'll be sure to have something you can go to.

  • If you do indulge, just take a bite - just a "taste", and then put it down.
