We have a fabulous group of women that have been together for about twenty years and still going strong!!! Every September we make out our new Bunco Season schedule -each member takes a month to host the game. We have an annual Holiday party in early December that we invite our spouses and all our subs. All the guests are encouraged to bring a $10 gift for a white elephant exchange. It is a nice event to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
Bunco Recipe Goat Cheese/Pesto Dip
8 oz. goat cheese
pesto (fresh or store bought)
sun-dried tomatoes - chopped finely and drained if packed in oil
@2 Tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of slightly toasted pine nuts
Serve with veggies, pita chips, crackers or bagel chips
Use a dish with a lip to layer the ingredients of this recipe. A pie plate works well if you use an @ 8 oz. log of goat cheese. Soften goat cheese and put as first layer of dip on the bottom of dish. Layer pesto dip and next add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Place parmesan cheese and top off with toasted pine nuts! YUM!!!!!
